Calvin, formerly of Calvin and Hobbes and also Casey's cousin and Oliver's brother...
...is getting on in years, but you'd never know it. Until that is, he starts barking at something. I guess you'd describe it as a "tired" bark. Still, Calvin has a lot of energy - he likes to chase balls and insists on going for walks with Oliver, even when he can stay home and rest.

Jerry, formerly of Ben and Jerry...
...isn't actually a client, but I've gotten to know him through walking Oliver and Calvin. Jerry is a sweetie and will give me kisses when I see him.

Hansel and Gretel...
(Is there a theme going?)
...are used to greener pastures, literally. Their previous home had 14 acres in which to run and play . They don't have that here so they count the minutes until I come each week. Their mom tells me they wait anxiously every Monday and Thursday at the expected time. Hansel and Gretel tend to be accident prone, however, and you never know what to expect. One day I found Hansel had fallen through the covered window well in his yard and only his head was sticking out. .

Ajax...
...is all puppy. He always greets me with big tail wags. Since he is still a puppy, I get "christened" from time to time when he gets excited to see me. He responds really well to encouragement and loves to hear "yeah puppy" on our walks. Such a cutie!!!

Toby...
...was adopted by a nurse, his new mom. And it was lucky for him, because she had to nurse him back to health after they found out he had heartworm. He went through some difficult times and we are glad to see him doing so well. He has so much energy now that we can hardly keep up with him.
